Overview

The VITA Zyrcomat 6100 MS is a German-engineered high-temperature zirconia sintering furnace offering three modes - HighSpeed, conventional and user-defined - for complete flexibility. HighSpeed cycles finish in under 60 minutes (bridge frameworks up to 14 Units), while a capacity of up to 80 Units on two floors suits high-volume labs. Optimized for VITA materials and compatible with all commercial ZrO2 and Al2O3 frameworks, it delivers homogeneous heat via four individually exchangeable MoSi2 elements at +/-2 C accuracy, with integrated VITA PreDry low-temperature pre-drying, VITA Autoadjust auto-calibration, controlled cooling to 400 C, and an intelligent exhaust that routes heat away from the electronics for long service life. Operated via the VITA vPad control unit (required, sold separately).
