PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Sterisil® AC+ System produces autoclave Water for areas with Water containing <500 PPM TDS. Sink top dispensing faucet or filler wand for easy filling of table top autoclaves. The AC+ connects directly to your municipal Water supply and produces up to 50 gallons per day of distilled quality Water for your instrument washers, autoclaves, and dental bottles.

KEY FEATURES & USE
• Produces *“distilled quality” Water* (0 ppm total dissolved solids) for autoclaves and instrument washers.
• Connects directly to municipal Water supply.

• Multi-stage purification (including reverse osmosis, deionization, UV)
• Alerts (audio/visual) for cartridge replacement and System status.

CONSIDERATIONS / INSTALLATION NOTES
• Source Water constraints: acceptable until ~ 500 ppm TDS.
• Source pressure should be ~ 65-85 psi (≈ 4.5-6 bar)
• Use 1/4" tubing (LLDPE or PEX) downstream from the unit; no copper after the System.
• You'll need drainage and a standard sink or floor drain within ~ 20 ft (and lower elevation than unit).
• Electrical: 110 V AC, ~ 3 A, GFCI protected.
• Cartridge / maintenance schedule and replacement kits exist (e.g. "Sterisil AC+ Autoclave Water Cartridge Replacement Kit")

Does the AC+ produce dental Water?
No, AC+ Systems only produce Water to less than 10ppm TDS. The Citrisil tablets or the Sterisil® Straw is recommended to be used in conjunction with the AC Series to provide EPA registered treated dental Water for dental chairs.

When do I need to replace the Stage 4 Cartridges?
The Stage 4 Cartridges are replaced when the autoclave alarm LED turns red and gives an audible alarm.

Does this product work with all sterilization units?
The AC+ System works with any sterilizer that needs distilled quality Water.
