Maximize the strength and working efficiency of your lab processed indirect composite restorations and LIGHT cured acrylics with the Solidilite V LIGHT CURING unit and the easy to use Sublite V tacking unit.

The Solidilite V and Sublite V LIGHT-CURING UNITS feature proven technology and a compact and appealing design. Perfectly matched to the ceramic-filled microhybrid composites Ceramage, Ceramage UP and Solidex, they boost the efficiency of your workflows, whether you use them separately or together.

Solidilite V

The New SHOFU Solidilite V features a wide polymerization chamber and easy to use presets. The presets are for one minute P1, three minutes P2 and five minutes P3.This LIGHT CURING unit has four strategically placed powerful JCR 110v 150W/S halogen lights and a rotating turntable for fast, efficient, and shadow free polymerization. Solidilite V can accommodate various voltage situations (100 to 240v, 50-60Hz) with the turn of a simple voltage selection button in the back of the unit.

With an extraordinarily high LIGHT output of 600 W and an effective heat conduction system, the Solidilite V ensures gentle and material-specific CURING in short exposure times.

COMPACT & EFFICIENT AT 400-550 NANOMETRES

Four powerful 150-W halogen lamps, covering a wavelength range of 400-550 nanometres, efficiently polymerise your workpieces in the compact CURING chamber.

Thanks to the height-adjustable turntable, your restorations are exposed to LIGHT without shadows and optimally aligned with the LIGHT sources.

SOFT-START CURE FOR LONGER LAMP LIFE

CURING in the Solidilite V starts very softly. The halogen lamps reach full power after 2 to 4 seconds.

This soft-start mode substantially improves lamp life and LIGHT intensity.

INDIVIDUALLY PROGRAMMABLE

Three CURING programmes make the Solidilite V easy to use:

P1 - 1 minute -- P2 - 3 minutes -- P3 - 5 minutes

By simply turning and pressing the timer dial, the CURING times can be changed in intervals of 10 seconds and adjusted to the user's individual needs or the composite manufacturer’s specifications.

An operating hours counter keeps you informed about the performance level or functionality of the halogen lamps, and a warning LIGHT flashes if one of the four lamps is not operational.
