The CALIFORNIA Air Tools RD-91503 refrigerated Air DRYER (220v 60hz) typically removes around 98% of moisture from compressed Air, achieving a Pressure Dew Point (PDP) between 2 - 10℃ (35.6 to 50 Fahrenheit), making it suitable for most general industrial applications where a high level of dryness is needed but not an extremely low dew point.*
Refrigerated Air Dryers support Dental Office/Lab/Milling, Medical, Biotech, Laser, Plasma cutting, Printing, Manufacturing, Woodworking and any other tooling/application which requires 98% Dry Air with a Pressure Due Point (PDP) as low as 2C (35.6F).

INSTALLATION TIPS:
Connect the CALIFORNIA Air Tools RD-91503 refrigerated Air DRYER to the output of the Air Compressor, then connect to final tooling/application.
If Air Compressor does not have an output filter (5 um filtering minimum) to prevent ingestion of contaminants into the RD-91502 dryer, then it is suggested to install a filter (or regulator with filter) between Air compressor and RD-91503 Dryer.
To help reduce observed/temporary Air pressure losses at output of RD-91503 Dryer, it is suggested to add an Auxiliary Air Tank between Air Compressor and RD-91503 Dryer (i.e. provides stable Air buffering).

Limitations: The RD-91503 is not ISO 8573 compliant. Not suitable for applications requiring extremely low pressure dew points (i.e. ISO 8573 2.3.1 class, PDP -29F to -50F). If ISO 8573 class compliant clean/dry Air is required below 2C (36F), then CALIFORNIA Air Tools offers 10, 20 and 60 Gallon Air compressor models which achieve a Pressure Dew Point (PDP) average of -40F (-40℃)
