Overview

Disposable paper primary Dust Bags for the RAY FOSTER Cyclone Dust Collector. Sold as a pack of 10 — enough for a typical lab's annual usage on a single CDC unit. The paper bag is the first stage of the CDC's two-stage filtration: it traps the bulk of the captured Dust so the secondary cloth Filter (X112) stays clean and the unit maintains its rated suction.

Installation & Use

Power down the CDC and unlatch the collection chamber. Lift out the full bag, dispose of it sealed in a waste bag, and seat a fresh X150 bag against the inlet flange. Re-latch the chamber and verify the unit pulls full vacuum on first cycle. Do not run the CDC without a primary bag installed — the secondary cloth Filter (X112) will load up rapidly and lose suction.
