DIGILUX  SUPER-CRYSTAL HYBRID CERAMIC DISCS are made of a perfect combination of CERAMIC in the size of Na-No particles & the molecule Bis-Gma (bisphenol A-glycidyl methacrylate) resulting in a chemical bonding increasing the resistance to abrasion and flexural strength.

These physical properties SUPER-CRYSTAL HYBRID CERAMIC DISCS also reduce some of the down sides of zirconia restorations like clacking, weight, sinterization, specialized equipment & overall costs.

- 165 Mpa flexural strengh
- Inorganic filler:  Na-No Silica 47%
- 50% Radiopacity SUPER-CRYSTAL HYBRID CERAMIC DISCS ( check if it is enough for Insurance control ) 

SUPER-CRYSTAL HYBRID CERAMIC DISCS are excellent choice for permanent restorations and long term provisionals in full mouth rehabilitations and milled teeth for printed dentures


MILLING TECHNIQUE
Preferable should be milled wet, but can be milled Dry at slow speed.
As most of the DISCS milling units in the market are DRY milling, consider always a slower RPM protocol.
PMMA protocol will work
for Zirkonzahn machines choose protocol for material THERAPON
