GUSROM 4D PRO ML PREMIUM is a multilayer zirconia disc engineered for full-arch bridge fabrication in digital CAD/CAM workflows, pairing high anterior aesthetics with posterior-grade strength. Incisal translucency reaches 57% and cervical translucency 43%, while three-point bending strength rises progressively from 700 MPa to 1200 MPa through the disc. The result is one disc that satisfies the aesthetic demand of anterior teeth and the load demand of posterior teeth across a single long-span restoration.

Digital Processing Workflow
CAD: verify the design sheet, model and molar relationship → scan → design.
CAM: mill on a compatible CAD/CAM unit; select the correct zirconia bur set for the job.
Clean: remove milling dust with a dust brush before sintering.
Sinter: sinter at the recommended ~1500°C program for full densification.
Glaze & polish: polish occlusal contacts for smoothness; glaze to finish the surface.
Fire: support restorations on a sintering rod to isolate tray contamination during firing.
