Overview
The W5 Pro is DEPRAG's floor-standing, 5-axis DRY-and-WET Milling machine built so a laboratory can cover its entire material range on one platform. A 2.5 kW, Ø62 mm water-cooled spindle (10,000–60,000 rpm, ~398 Ncm torque) drives hard metals such as CoCr and titanium, while a floor-mounted one-piece cast-iron structure and stainless steel A/B-axis support hold the machine rigid through long unattended jobs. C5-grade ball screws, P-grade guideways and hybrid-ceramic bearings (<3 µm concentricity) deliver 5 µm repetition accuracy; built-in automatic Calibration runs before every job and reduces error to under 0.003 mm, supporting a getting-teeth success rate above 97%.
