DEPRAG W5 Max 5-Axis Auto Disc-Changer Milling Machine
Unattended WET & dry metal mill with 8-slot automatic Disc Changer — Milling more, labour less — manage one machine instead of three.
Overview
The W5 Max is DEPRAG's unattended, 5-axis WET-and-dry Milling machine with an 8-slot rotary automatic Disc Changer for continuous, lights-out processing. A 2.5 kW HAOZHI Water-cooled spindle (Ø62 mm, 60,000 rpm) pairs with aerospace-grade HIWIN ball screws, P-grade guideways, INOVANCE servo motors and a harmonic reducer for 5 µm repetition accuracy on a cast-iron floor-mounted body. An industrial-grade probe head Self-calibrates on a Set frequency and can also locate pre-milled blanks, removing manual setup from the workflow.
