Overview
The W4 is DEPRAG's 4-axis WET Milling machine purpose-built for glass-ceramic and pre-milled work. A 20-position, four-sided super holder with a zero-point change System lets a lab mill up to 20 blocks in one load, so multiple crowns, inlays and veneers run without frequent stops — supporting scan-to-seat workflows in roughly four hours. A 2.5 kW, Ø62 mm Water-cooled spindle and integrated casting body keep output stable, while C5-grade ball screws, P-grade guideways and hybrid-ceramic bearings (<3 µm) deliver 5 µm repetition and 0.01 mm accuracy. (An external compressor is required.)
