Overview
The D5 Max is DEPRAG's 5-axis DRY Milling machine with an 8-slot automatic Disc Changer for unattended, 24-hour processing. RFID tray identification plus a servo electric-claw, flexible-mechanism Changer keep automatic Disc replacement accurate, and DEPRAG reports capacity of roughly 1.6× ordinary manual Disc-change equipment. A 1.8 kW, Ø62 mm water-cooled spindle (60,000 rpm) and INOVANCE servo motors keep Milling accurate, with a C5-grade ball screw, H-grade linear guide and 5 µm repeat positioning. The Z-axis base is cast in one piece of aluminium for rigidity.
