Overview
The D5 Air Free is DEPRAG's compressor-free, 5-axis dry Milling machine for small labs and clinics that don't want a compressed-air source on site. An air-free design lowers operating noise and simplifies room layout, while a high-quality German spindle (800 W, 60,000 rpm) holds 0.01 mm accuracy for the surface texture of anterior aesthetics. A C5-grade ball screw, HIWIN P-grade guide rail and INOVANCE servo control sit in an integrated rigid structure; φ0.3 mm ultra-fine tooling and 90° vertical machining support detailed work. At 130 kg with a 19.5-inch Windows 10 touchscreen, it is a quiet, plug-and-play five-axis machine that an operator can master in a single training session.
