ATTRITOR ACRYCAPS are Acrylic-specific polishing caps engineered for the final-finish stage on dentures, removable partials, occlusal splints, and other Acrylic-based prosthetics. The cap geometry presents a smooth, conforming contact patch that wraps the Acrylic surface without flattening the natural anatomy of the prosthetic.

Materials & Construction

Cap body: Acrylic-compatible abrasive matrix, color-coded by grit.

Operating Speed & Use Guidance

Recommended operating range: 4,000–10,000 RPM (bench lathe) or 4,000–8,000 RPM (contra-angle).

Acrylic is heat-sensitive. Light pressure, intermittent contact — pressure and speed produce thermal damage faster than they produce finish improvement.

Sterilization & Handling
