The MCX's Motor phases and light output are protected against short circuits. Just like its big brother, the MX2 micromotor, the MCX micromotor is designed to withstand the harshest treatment.

Thanks to its ball-bearings, which are lubricated for life, the MCX is sterilizable and yet maintenance-free.
